Nepturan

Nepturan is a venerable blue dragon and a career politician of the Aquantis Dominion. As of 10110 DC, he is the Speaker of the Blue Dragonflight at the Flightsmoot, but before that he served as a councilor of the upper house of the Blue Council.

Background

Nepturan started out as an assistant treasurer of the Coral Quarter of Photicia, Aquantis City, was transferred to the position of head of treasury in the Trenches Quarter of Benthos fairly early in his career as a Dominion treasurer. After serving as head of treasury for roughtly 280 years, he started a political career by petitioning for a seat in the Blue Council. He was granted that seat and served for seven terms as a councilor. When the position of Speaker was vacated after the resignation of Nacco, Nepturan was nominated for the position and was granted it.
