Blue Council

The Blue Council is the supreme legislative body of the Aquantis Dominion, consisting of a bacameral parliament under the two heads of state; Randegosa and Sera Dagon.

Structure

The parliament consists of an upper house that represents the Blue Dragonflight, and a common house of the aquatic dracon population of the Dominion. The upper house members are appointed by Sera Dagon and by consensus of the high council of the Blue Dragonflight, while the common house is a democratically elected chamber with elections held every five years.
