General-Governor

In the state of Nethron, the office of General-Governor is one of the highest ranks one can aspire to in the country, second only to the State Marshal, the General-Governor of Kotyodam, the 1st prefecture of Nethron.

There are sixteen General-Governors in total, forming the Generals' Assembly, and each has supreme executive authority over the prefecture they are appointed to.

Advancement

General-Governors always start by being appointed to govern Zeeumi, the 16th prefecture, and then advance to Takatem, the 15, and so on, so forth, until reaching the rank of State Marshal by advancing to governorship over Kotyodam. Very few General-Governors ever reach that rank.
