State Marshal

The rank of State Marshal is the highest possible rank that can be attained in Nethron's militarized government. It gives its holder absolute authority over every aspect of the state, and is always held by the General-Governor of Kotyodam, the 1st prefecture of Nethron. As of 10110 DC, its current holder is Akito Thraan.

Qualifications

The rank can only be attained through rising through the ranks of the General-Governor - each person who has held the rank has been the General-Governor of all sixteen prefectures at some point.
