Rotekawa

Rotekawa (Nethrian for 'Red River') is the 4th prefecture of Nethron. It comprises the rural area along the coast west of Kyutrect and many smaller fishing towns that dot the coastline. It is sometimes referred to as Nethron's 'bread basket' due to its robust agricultural sector that owes its success to highly fertile land run through by the Rotekawa River it is named for, whose delta dominates the central section of the prefecture.
