Dominator Mothership
The Dominator-class Mothership, nicknamed "Hive", is a class of airships made and used by the Coalition Air Force whose purpose is to act as an alternative to aircraft carriers that can be used both over land and sea. As of 10110 DC, there are three of these ships in active service - the CAFS Constellation, the CAFS Solar Eclipse, and the CAFS Gargantuan.
They are very rare, with only four instances ever commissioned.
History
The original CAFS Dominator was developed and manufactured in a secret factory owned by Katon Heavy Industries situated in the Ascuphre Mountains, from where it emerged during the latter half of the Coalition coup of Cania in 10088 DC.
Immediately after the success of the coup, CAFS Constellation was ordered and put into service three years later.
CAFS Dominator was decommissioned in 10098 and converted to the Coalition Air Museum, which opened to the public in 10103.
