Skar Empire

The Skar Empire was an empire whose territory encompassed the entirety of the Ka'aras region, which stood for most of the Mithril Era until its fall and reconfiguration into the Ka'aras Sovereignty in the Citizens' Revolt of 5755. Its capital was Ska-rui.
