Free Dracon States

The Free Dracon States were a loose coalition of petty states in Mithros established by dracons escaped from servitude to their dragon masters, formed in response to the persecution of dracons by the petty kingdoms of the other races of Mithros, influenced by the knightly orders of the Ten Clouds Cult. They were eventually fully merged into the Kingdom of Mithros in 7048 DC.
