Tephuil

Tephuil is the regional capital of the Zauana province of the Nikosian Empire, and the second largest city in the Empire. Aside from that, it is notable for being the host city of the Tephuil Games, a major international sporting event held every two years. It has a population of 3.52 million, of which most are swift felines.

History

As Zauana was settled by a primitivist faction of the Followers of Fel that desired to return to a life of hunter-gatherer societies, it was the last of the Fel settlers' societies to form an agricultural society, with Tephuil being the first of them, founded no sooner than 300 DC, likely spurred on by the first apperances of dragons in the region.
