Grim's Well

Grim's Well is a small village in the far west of the Sydstrand Coast region of Frysgard, making it the closest settlement to the westernmost town of Sea's End. It is named for the well it is built around, which was dug by Grim the Bearded when he settled the area around 100 DC, and is purported to have magical powers. Those who drink of the well's water are said to gain the power of prescience for a short while, and for a long time, Grim's Well was said to be a village populated entirely by seers, to the point of many ancient Gardic texts only referring to it as "a seers' village.
