Black dragon

Black dragons are a type of chromatic dragon spawned from Shra, the Black Shard of Ardothun. The Black Dragonflight is represented at the Flightsmoot by its speaker Azazel.
Appearance
Black dragons are slender and menacing-looking, and are usually endowed with at least four horns, of which one pair is usually curled downward. They have black scales with an oily or obsidian-like sheen, and their eye color and breath weapon are derived from the mother's dragon type.
Curse
The Black Dragonflight is cursed with an unique reproduction issue - All black dragons are male, and the only way they can reproduce is by copulating with dragons of other colors. The result of such an union will always be a male black dragon. The curse was put on Shra by Iris as a punishment for leading an attempted usurpation by the Shards on the Primordials' domain.
