Xavos of the Diamond Line
Xavos of the Diamond Line (7887-7961 DC) was the first Diamond Emperor of the Nikosian Empire. Due to being the younger twin brother of Nikos II, what was set to inherit the title of Amethyst Emperor from their father, Nikos I. The concept of the Shadow Emperors was devised by Nikos I's advisory council in order to give Xavos a purpose and to keep him from coveting his brother's birthright, which worked, as Xavos took his role very seriously and ended up cultivating a legacy of excellent statesmen that remains to this day, as the governors of three of the Empire's six provinces are descendants of the Diamond Line.
