The kobold hot pot is an ubiquitous feature of kobold culinary tradition all across Zairis, reflecting the gathering and cooking habits of kobolds from their lives under the rule of dragons, where the foragers and hunters of the clan would contribute a portion of their yield into a communal pool, of which the hot pot dish constitutes. It has various regional variants that differ by what ingredients are available locally, some of which have gained popularity outside the cultural sphere of kobolds.
